Information we collect

If you submit a farm enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, region, farm type, herd size, product interests, and the message you choose to send.

The website may also receive ordinary technical information from your browser and hosting provider, such as request time, page requested, browser type, and IP address.

Ask AI sets a functional visitor ID cookie and uses a hashed version of the request IP address to apply daily trial limits. The quota check is used to protect the prototype, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to understand farm-fit requirements, respond to requests, discuss product suitability, and improve the clarity of product and service information.

Ask AI prompts are used to return product, Knowledge Hub, and enquiry pathways and to measure remaining trial usage. Do not include sensitive personal, veterinary, financial, or legal information in Ask AI prompts.

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.

Disclosure and storage

Enquiry information may be shared with people or service providers who help respond to your request, operate the website, or assess product and service readiness. We only share what is reasonably needed for those purposes.

The current Ask AI limit store is a short-lived prototype control. If persistent database storage, external AI processing, email delivery, analytics, or other third-party services are added later, this policy must be updated before those services collect or process personal information.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may request access to personal information you have provided, ask for it to be corrected, or raise a privacy concern by using the enquiry form and marking the message as a privacy request.

We will review privacy requests and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Updates

This policy should be reviewed whenever the website starts collecting new categories of information, introduces AI features, connects a database, or uses a new third-party service.
